Cancelations
I am easing the cancelation policy during this time.
Always cancel your appointment if you are feeling ill, have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, or have been in a high risk environment.
Payment
Payment is due at time of treatment.
We accept Cash, Check or Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). There is a $50 charge for returned checks (this has never happened, so keep up the good work!)
As a small business, in order to avoid credit card fees, cash is greatly appreciated.
Insurance
We do not accept insurance.
If your insurance covers acupuncture, I can give you a form to submit to your insurance carrier. You pay me and your insurance provider will pay you.
You are encouraged to contact your insurance carrier to see if they will cover acupuncture. Creating a demand will help it to happen. If they do, ask if you need a primary care physician's referral.
